If you’re having a mental health or substance use emergency, call 988 to reach the
National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, which provides free, confidential, 24/7 support to anyone who’s depressed, needs to talk or is thinking about suicide.
Whether you need occasional emotional support or ongoing mental health care, we’re here to help. Many of our plans include virtual therapy options, no-cost counseling sessions through your individual or employee assistance program, and other mental health resources. If you’re a Regence member, sign in to see what’s available to you.
Virtual therapy can be more comfortable than going in person, and it can also be a faster way to get care. Not all virtual providers are available on all plans. To see if these providers are in your network, sign in to your regence.com account and go to Find care. Under Virtual care, select Find behavioral health support, then Find virtual care. Make sure you select the Remote services tab to see all your virtual providers. You can also call or chat online with Customer Service to see what’s available to you.
As a Regence member, you can access a library of articles and decision-making tools to help you understand mental and behavioral health issues. Get answers to your questions with this content available through our partners at Healthwise.
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) provides free, confidential, 24/7 treatment referral and information for individuals and families facing mental health and/or substance use disorders.
Reach their helpline at 1-800-662-HELP (4357).
