UMP High Deductible
UMP High Deductible covers all the same services as UMP Achieve 2, but has a lower monthly premium and a higher deductible. UMP High Deductible automatically enrolls members in a health savings account (HSA), which allows you to set aside pre-tax money to pay for qualified medical and prescription drug expenses. Once the money is in your account, it’s yours, and there is no deadline to use it.
Your out-of-pocket limit depends on the number of persons enrolled in the plan:
One member enrolled: $4,200
Two or more members enrolled: $8,400.
Once a member meets $7,000 in covered out-of-pocket expenses annually, the plan will pay for covered services at 100% for that member.

Pharmacy locator
Confirm a pharmacy's network status before filling your prescriptions to save money. Use the Pharmacy Locator to see which pharmacies will be in UMP’s network. Note: Pharmacies listed in the Pharmacy Locator are subject to change.
Mail order pharmacies
If you take the same prescription drug for a longer period of time (called a maintenance drug), getting it through mail order may be easier for you. To set up mail order, connect with one of the following network options: Costco Mail Order Pharmacy or Postal Prescription Services.

Specialty drugs may include a variety of medications from injectables to oncology therapies. Specialty drugs must be purchased through Ardon Health, unless you receive an authorization from Washington State Rx Services to fill elsewhere. For more information on specialty drugs, contact Ardon Health.
Medical drugs
Certain drugs that are administered by your provider may be covered under your medical benefit. Check with your provider to verify which benefit your injectable or provider-administered drugs are covered under.
