Important message for UMP Plus–PSHVN members

Beginning January 1, 2022, UMP Plus–PSHVN will no longer be available in Thurston County. UMP Plus–UW Medicine ACN will continue to be available in Thurston County in 2022.

UMP Plus–PSHVN members will continue to receive covered services under their current plan through December 31, 2021. Members can change their plans during the SEBB Program’s annual open enrollment: October 25 – November 22, 2021.

UMP Plus–Puget Sound High Value Network (PSHVN) does not have primary care network providers for adults in Thurston County at this time due to limited access. Pediatric primary care, as well as adult and pediatric specialty care, remains available in the Olympia area. You and any adult dependents may need to travel to another county served by UMP Plus–PSHVN for primary care services from a network provider. Telemedicine services through UMP Plus–PSHVN may also be an appropriate option for some primary care needs.

UMP Plus–Puget Sound High Value Network (PSHVN)

UMP Plus–PSHVN is a network of providers offering high quality, coordinated care at a lower cost. UMP Plus–PSHVN has a lower deductible and monthly premiums than UMP Achieve 2 while offering most of the same benefits. The UMP Plus–PSHVN network is a limited network compared to UMP Achieve 2. To find out if your provider is in the UMP Plus–PSHVN network, use the UMP provider search tool or call UMP Customer Service.
