We’ve designed our producer application to be quick and easy to complete. Once you’ve submitted it, you can track the status of your application online. NOTE: This application should only be used for new agencies and new standalone agents. If you are a currently appointed producer, you must use the Additional Tools feature in Producer Center to submit new appointment requests.
Make sure you have your agency and producer license numbers, W-9 with your National Producer Number (NPN) or Social Security number, E&O insurance in your name and a voided check for EFT on hand. You’ll need to upload electronic copies of these documents when completing the application.
Note: If you’re coming to us through a field marketing organization or if you are a producer within an agency, your agency must submit the onboarding request through the Additional Tools in Producer Center.
