UMP CDHP
UMP Consumer-Directed Health Plan (CDHP) covers all the same services as UMP Classic, but has a lower monthly premium and a higher deductible. UMP CDHP automatically enrolls members in a health savings account (HSA), which allows you to set aside pre-tax money to pay for qualified medical and prescription drug expenses. Once the money is in your account, it’s yours, and there is no deadline to use it.
Your out-of-pocket limit depends on the number of persons enrolled in the plan:
One member enrolled: $4,200
Two or more members enrolled: $8,400.
Once a member meets $7,000 in covered out-of-pocket expenses annually, the plan will pay for covered services at 100% for that member.

Health savings account (HSA)
With a high deductible health plan, you can put pre-tax money into an HSA and use these funds to pay for qualified medical, vision, and prescription drug expenses. There are rules about enrolling in flexible spending arrangements (FSA) when you are enrolled in a high deductible health plan. Mail-order pharmacies
If you take the same prescription drug for a longer period of time (called a maintenance drug), getting it through mail-order may be easier for you. Save time by having your prescription drugs shipped directly to you. There are no shipping costs for standard shipping. To set up mail-order, connect with one of the following network options: Costco Mail Order Pharmacy or Postal Prescription Services.

Specialty drugs
