UMP Plus–UW Medicine Accountable Care Network (ACN)

UMP Plus–UW Medicine ACN is a network of providers providing high quality, coordinated care at a lower cost. UMP Plus–UW Medicine ACN has a lower deductible and monthly premiums than UMP Classic while offering most of the same benefits. The UMP Plus–UW Medicine ACN network is a limited network compared to UMP Classic.
